Shipping to U.S.

Dear U.S. Customs,

Please note that all shipments will now be processed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms and routed through our logistics hub in Germany.

Once your shipment has been initiated, a tracking number will be provided. Please be aware that tracking information will only become active after the packages have cleared U.S. Customs, which typically occurs approximately 7-10 days after the tracking number is issued.

If you require tracking updates during this interim period, feel free to contact me directly - we have access to the relevant information and will be happy to share it with you.

Once activated, tracking will remain available through final delivery within the United States. The total delivery time is approximately 14 days, though this may vary depending on the workload at U.S. Customs at the time of the shipment's arrival at the border.

Customs, Duties and Taxes - rest of the world:

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or for any additional charges such as VAT, import duties, or handling fees charged by your local customs office.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority to understand what fees may apply before placing an order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-6 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
