GlowingGlassLampwork accepts returns. Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at glowing.glass.lampwork@gmail.com before shipping your item.

Any packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers must return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as GlowingGlassLampwork is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Once a return is received and processed, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
